Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at pawfectpetessentials1@gmail.com. Once accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & issues: Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, personalised/custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a new order once the return is approved.
EU customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition.
Refunds: Once we've inspected your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact us at pawfectpetessentials1@gmail.com
